We are a West Michigan malt house and stone mill creating locally sourced, small batch, stone milled flour. Whether you bake at home or in an industrial kitchen, we offer all the convenience of a large milling corporation with the quality control and care only a small batch mill can offer. We strive to create a product that is locally sourced, locally processed, and locally enjoyed.

Emergent Malt was established in 2016, and New Mission Milling in 2019. We cater to bakers of any size and love our craft. We are proud to locally source our ingredients and provide the best possible flour in West Michigan.
